How often shall I come for a session and how long will I be coming for sessions?
Weekly appointments are common and often most ideal. That being said, every client is different and needs to consider various factors to decide what is best for them: i.e. their personal need and schedules, my availability, their budget, travel considerations, etc.
Clients in crisis/unmanageable stress may want to come more often in the beginning and less often as their work progresses.
A short term series of sessions can be negotiated for clients with a specific concern they wish to focus on, process and resolve.
During the session I will ask you questions
about your expectations, goals and previous
therapy experiences. As well as gathering
necessary info and gaining insight into your
needs, this will help determine if we are a
good client-therapist fit.
This is also a good opportunity for you to ask any therapy related, clarifying questions you may have.
Minimum 24 hours notice - no fee
Less than 24 hours notice - 1st time - 50% of full fee
Less than 24 hours notice - subsequent appointments/times - full fee

Willing to experience aloneness,
I discover connection everywhere;
Turning to face my fear,...
I meet the warrior who lives within;
Opening to my loss,
I gain the embrace of the universe;
Surrendering into emptiness,
I find fullness without end.
Each condition I flee from pursues me.
Each condition I welcome transforms me
And becomes itself transformed
Into its radiant jewel-like essence.
I bow to the one who has made it so,
Who has crafted this Master Game;
To play it is pure delight,
To honour its form -- true devotion
